The role requires 6+ years of people management across multiple sites, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, high EQ, and strong, professional communication. You will drive clinical excellence and staff engagement daily.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management across multiple sites or districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
• High EQ and strong communication with department leaders.
• Ability to lead 25-50 teammates and drive clinical excellence.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and team engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Engage families and guide onboarding throughout the onboarding journey.
• Lead and develop 25-50 teammates; plan events and celebrations.
• Improve operations quality with Clinic Admissions and Department Leaders.
