Urban Ministries of Wake County’s Open Door Clinic in Raleigh seeks a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, patient flow, scheduling, and staff oversight. This role centers on delivering compassionate care and operational excellence in a community health setting.

You will coordinate volunteers and interns, ensure HIPAA/compliance, and partner with healthcare providers to support patients facing barriers to care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations or clinic management.
• Experience supervising staff, volunteers, or students.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Open Door Clinic operations, including scheduling and patient flow.
• Supervise, coach, and support clinic staff.
• Coordinate volunteers, interns, and students.
• Assist patient registration, referrals, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, pharmacy partners, labs, and community partners.
• Manage supplies, equipment, inventory, vendors, and resources.
• Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support quality improvement and operational planning.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA compliance.
• Foster a welcoming, patient-centered environment.
