Responsibilities

• Overseeing clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and administrative processes
• Supervising, coaching, and supporting clinic staff
• Coordinating healthcare volunteers, fellows, interns, and students
• Supporting patient registration, referrals, scheduling, and follow-up
• Working with healthcare providers, Medical Director, pharmacy partners, labs and partners
• Managing supplies, equipment, inventory, vendors and resources
• Monitoring clinic performance and identifying improvement opportunities
• Maintaining HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA and infection-prevention compliance
• Helping maintain a welcoming, patient-centered environment
