Qualifications

• 6+ years of people management experience across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ and ability to work with families.
• Strong and professional communication among leaders.
• Leads a large team of 25–50 teammates across locations.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance.
• Community Engagement: Build strong connections with families during onboarding journey.
• Team Leadership: Attract, Engage & Retain 25-50 teammates and oversee events and celebrations.
• Clinical Outcomes: Collaborate with Admissions, Clinical Director & Leaders on Operations Quality.
