Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinic Operations Director to drive high-performing operations, develop leaders, and improve outcomes for children and families. You will own clinic performance, build a strong team of BCBAs and staff, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure consistent, timely services.

You will lead staffing, admissions, scheduling, and payroll processes, using data to uncover trends and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in ABA, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams, operations, or multiple locations.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive performance across locations.
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members, families, and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Own the operational performance of your clinic, making decisions that influence client experience, team engagement, financial performance, and long-term growth.
• Build, lead, and support BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and support staff to create a reliable, growing team.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to support client access and team sustainability.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure services align with treatment plans.
• Support admissions and onboarding to minimize service delays.
• Use data to identify trends, solve operational problems, and improve clinic performance.
