Job summary

Legacy Community Health is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager in Beaumont, TX to ensure accessible and efficient services for the community. You will supervise a team of support staff, optimize provider schedules, and improve workflows to enhance patient access and satisfaction.

This role requires coordinating with leadership, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement while supporting a work-life balance and a mission to deliver high-quality care in Southeast Texas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications/licenses as applicable to their area of responsibility.
• Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting or service industry.
• Two (2) years of experience in administration and supervision of staff preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with an EHRS system.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for assigned areas of responsibility, focusing on enhancing patient access and streamlining workflows.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic team of support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Play a crucial role in improving provider schedules, optimizing patient access, and tracking key metrics.
