Qualifications

• Three years healthcare experience, including at least one year in a managerial role.
• Internal HM candidates with progressive leadership experience considered.
• Practice Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and staffing to meet patient and provider needs.
• Oversee patient access, scheduling, quality of service and compliance.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate staff; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
