Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Pleasant Grove, Utah is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services, develop programming, and supervise RBTs across client caseloads.

You will collaborate with families and treatment teams, perform assessments, and ensure BACB ethical standards while supporting client progress and staff growth in a compassionate, education-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or exam within one month of hire.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and ABA.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on the caseload.
• Offer family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Communicate with treatment team members regularly.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data promptly and inform the team as needed.
• Maintain BACB professional boundaries.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
• Other tasks as assigned.
