Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking an experienced ABA Center Director in Utah to lead a pediatric ABA center, ensuring clinical excellence and smooth daily operations.

You will supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other staff; develop treatment plans; ensure licensing, HIPAA, and payer compliance; drive staffing, training, and referrals while fostering a collaborative, client-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Utah licensure eligible or current.
• 3–5 years direct ABA therapy experience.
• 1–2 years leadership/clinical director experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and program development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Central Reach or similar software.
• Knowledge of insurance authorization and billing for ABA services.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
• Conduct case reviews, treatment plan audits, and clinical quality checks.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethics Code and ABA best practices.
• Lead team meetings, case conferences, and staff training.
• Manage day-to-day center operations, scheduling, and caseloads.
