Job summary

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. in Omaha, NE is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a full-time, 40-hour-a-week role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm) at the Main Livestock Exchange Campus.

The supervisor will organize and control day-to-day operations, oversee an operations team across Registration, Patient Experience, Medical Records, Enrollment and Financial Services, and other support services, driving compliant, efficient service delivery in a fast-paced health center environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of an operations team across multiple service areas.
• Manage day-to-day operations and support service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Plan, data collection, deliverables, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in development and assessment of clinic operations policies and procedures.
• Attend Operations Staff Meetings; help set agenda and document minutes.
• Ensure staff maintain accurate records in patient charts and databases.
• Oversee clinic flow to ensure smooth patient movement.
