Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of leadership experience (supervisory level and above) OR 2 years of clinic leadership experience (supervisory level and above) for each year of college.
• Working knowledge of physician billing, managed care, and federal healthcare regulations pertaining to Medicare/Medicaid is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages operations of the assigned clinics, including staffing, patient scheduling, workflow, facilities, payroll, purchasing, managerial accounting, productivity, customer service issues and/or personnel issues.
• Manages provider needs, including continuing education, licensure, PTO, productivity, payroll, RVUs, clinic/hospital schedules, customer service issues and/or personnel issues.
• Monitor provider clinic, surgery and/or procedure schedules to optimize access.
• Ensures high levels of quality of care and service for patients by planning, implementing and communicating operational procedures at all assigned clinics.
• Evaluates and orients providers, counseling as necessary to accomplish organizational goals and enforce disciplinary action when needed.
