Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma.
• Three to five years of experience in medical/dental office.
• Three to five years of medical/dental supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using electronic health records (EPIC, EagleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service to patients, staff, insurance carriers, and community partners.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient access and financial viability.
• Lead the implementation of patient-centered care model and organizational best practice standards.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for the assigned health center or team.
• Monitor quality metrics and improve clinic flow and productivity.
