Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in California (required).
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required).
• Five years of supervisory experience in healthcare (preferred).
• Five years of medical group office experience including insurance billing and coding (preferred).
• HMO experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills (required).
• Proficiency in medical office operations and healthcare regulations (required).
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation (required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all patient services across the facility to ensure exceptional care.
• Establish procedures, prepare staff schedules, and optimize departmental workflow.
• Lead, train, and develop healthcare professionals; provide ongoing feedback.
• Act as liaison between medical providers, staff, and patients.
• Monitor resources including supplies, equipment, and budgets.
• Conduct staff meetings and quarterly safety training compliance.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, site inspections, and OSHA requirements.
• Resolve conflicts and serve as a go-to information resource for staff and patients.
