Job summary

BIENESTAR Clinic in Pomona, CA seeks a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and maintain safe, accessible patient care. You will oversee patient flow, staff training, and reporting while coordinating with the COO on program changes and budgets.

The role requires strong communication, healthcare management experience, and the ability to work with managed care and Medi-Cal systems. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related health field (equiv. experience considered).
• Preferred master’s degree in health care management, business, or related field.
• Previous clinic/healthcare management experience is required or preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in clinic operations and patient flow.
• Knowledge of managed care systems and Medi-Cal.
• Ability to develop and implement protocols and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic per policies.
• Collaborates with COO and management to optimize resources.
• Ensures timely, quality healthcare services and monitors quality issues.
• Ensures compliance with contract guidelines and regulations.
• Liaises with monitors, site visits, and audits.
• Maintains staffing patterns and recruitment/training.
