Akumin is seeking a Lead Administrator for our Los Alamitos, CA facility to oversee day-to-day operations of the site and service lines, partnering with the Site Manager and Chief Technologist to drive budgeted growth and quality patient care.

The role emphasizes staffing utilization, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and collaboration with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams to ensure accurate billing and efficient operations, while steering cost control and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytics.
• Local travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the site(s) and service lines.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams for billing.
• Improve quality, patient satisfaction, and cost control.
