New York University’s College of Dentistry seeks a Senior Clinic Manager to oversee the Department of Periodontology & Implant Dentistry. You will manage day-to-day clinic activities, ensure accurate records, track encounters for billing, and supervise staff across multiple clinics in a large academic setting.

You will develop guidelines, authorize special payment arrangements, and perform audits to maintain data integrity and fiscal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-5 years' experience managing office and/or clinical activities or equivalent combination; must include experience managing staff and conducting audits.
• Preferred: experience in a large dental clinic operation; knowledge of electronic health records and/or AxiUm software.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day activity of the Department of Periodontology & Implant Dentistry; ensure patient records are completed and billing forms are tracked.
• Supervise staff and administer budgets; conduct audits for clinics to ensure data integrity and fiscal compliance.
• Develop new office guidelines and procedures; authorize special payment arrangements and approve discounts.
