Qualifications

• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong writing skills for reports and memorandums.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and registration systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of major medical insurance plans.
• Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings.
• Knowledge of university and hospital policies.
• Preferred: experience managing patient services and nursing staff in clinics.
• Preferred: budgeting skills.
