Balance Health is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to join our team at our Santa Monica clinic. The role partners with physicians to manage day-to-day operations, optimize workflow, and deliver a positive patient experience.

You will lead the front and back office teams, perform staff evaluations, ensure compliance, and coordinate schedules while maintaining professional conduct and strong communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare settings including scheduling, insurance verification, billing or patient financial services is expected.
• Ability to build rapport with staff, physicians, vendors and partners.
• Strong ethics, judgment, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned practice under supervision.
• Directs medical office team staffing and coaching.
• Performs staff evaluations and supports career development.
• Works with doctors to identify office improvements.
• Ensures compliance with policies, labor law postings, and training.
• Creates and manages staff schedules to cover all shifts.
• Oversees patient registration, check-in, demographics, insurance verification, copays.
• Maintains inventory and office supplies; processes receipts and expenses.
• Ensures accurate timecards and payroll; organizes meetings as needed.
