• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with scheduling and registration systems.
• Knowledge of major medical insurance plans.
• Able to work occasional weekends or evenings.
• Preferred: knowledge of CareConnect; clinic management experience; budgeting.
