Job summary

Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center, Inc. seeks a Site Manager to oversee clinical operations and lead the interdisciplinary team. You will focus on improving workflow, patient access, utilization, efficiency, and revenue while upholding high-quality patient care.

You will manage clerical scheduling, patient interactions, and compliance, coordinating with Finance, Compliance, and Facilities to ensure seamless operations and a patient-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead clerical staff to ensure accurate scheduling and demographics verification while maintaining optimal patient care and experience.
• Act as liaison with patients to resolve complaints and ensure follow-up per Compliance Department processes.
• Oversee personnel management, training and annual appraisals.
• Collaborate with Finance to improve revenue capture and control costs.
• Support implementation of PCMH and other initiatives.
• Monitor environment and coordinate safety and cleanliness with Facilities.
• Track patient experience and employee engagement metrics.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve clinic operations across functions.
• Adjust provider schedules and manage panels to meet demand.
• Prepare leave templates and reschedule as needed.
• Update Daily Management System with access and quality metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in partnership with Compliance.
• Serve as surrogate clerk at front desk, medical records, or site operations as needed.
• Provide orientation for new staff and ongoing training, including scheduling and vacation approvals.
• Review clerical performance in annual evaluations and support development.
• Lead monthly clerical meetings to address policies and teamwork.
• Review registration error queue and coordinate with Billing for corrections and resubmissions.
• Support redesign of health care service delivery model.
• Coordinate staffing across sites for PTO/FMLA coverage.
• Act as Manager-on-Duty to ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee administrative supplies and procurement.
• Submit timecards for direct reports on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
