Job summary

Unio Health Partners in the United States seeks an Assistant Practice Manager to oversee both clinical and non-clinical operations. You will supervise front and back office staff, monitor key metrics, and coordinate with management to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulations.

You will liaise with compliance teams, handle patient issues, and support daily clinic needs, contributing to a patient-centered, efficient practice environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical office experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork orientation and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of clinical and non-clinical care, ensuring confidentiality and quality.
• Collaborate on development of clinic goals, policies, budgets and standards.
• Provide direct supervision to front and back office staff and manage performance.
• Monitor revenue cycle, patient satisfaction and access standards.
• Serve as first point of contact for patient issues and grievances.
• Act as OSHA and Compliance Liaison at the clinic site.
