Phoenix Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Emotional Safety Education Specialist to advance patient-family-centered care across the organization. You will provide hands-on guidance, develop educational materials, and support clinicians in implementing emotionally safe practices.

Collaborating with leaders and departments, you will drive education initiatives, contribute to outcomes research, and measure impact on patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering educational programs for clinicians.
• Collaborates across departments to integrate patient experience perspectives.
• Partners with Professional Practice to align education with clinical education.
• Develops, implements and evaluates educational initiatives for patient-family-centered care.
• Designs tangible tools and resources for clinicians to apply in real time.
• Uses diverse teaching strategies for different learning styles.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support and coaching to clinicians for patient-family-centered care.
• Collaborate with leaders to align practices with patient-experience goals.
• Engage in outcomes research on emotionally safe care and patient-family outcomes.
• Drive enterprise patient experience initiatives at a macro level across Phoenix Children’s.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
