Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Health Center Clinic Supervisor in Carson, CA to oversee day-to-day clinic operations and lead frontline staff in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment.

You will supervise front/back office, enrollment, and support staff, drive onboarding and coaching, ensure HIPAA and HRSA compliance, and coordinate with providers for efficient patient flow and care coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Associate degree or relevant certification preferred in healthcare/administration fields.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare or clinic operations experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of lead, team coordination, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or integrated healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, referrals, and patient service standards preferred.
• Experience using Electronic Health Records and operational reporting tools preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and healthcare tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic activities, including patient flow and staffing coverage.
• Provide supervision and direction to front/back office, referral, outreach, enrollment, and support staff.
• Support onboarding, orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for assigned staff.
• Observe performance and contribute to performance reviews with management.
• Review timekeeping, attendance, coverage, and leave information for accuracy.
• Track trainings, competencies, certifications, licensures, and related deadlines.
• Support integrated care workflows across medical and behavioral health services.
• Maintain schedules, patient access, and efficient daily workflows.
