Kind Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking an Associate Clinic Director, BCBA to lead clinical operations and support growth for our NC clinic. You will oversee daily clinic activities, supervise staff, and ensure data-driven decision making to enhance client outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, supervision of BCBA and RBT teams, and ongoing professional development as part of a pipeline to Level 2 clinic director responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years.
• Strong clinical KPI foundation and commitment to data-based decisions.
• Experience leading teams in ABA service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day Support in Clinic
• Support Community Building within Clinic
• Conducting Interviews
• Participating in Outreach Events
• Review Operational Dashboards and work directly with Clinic Director to improve areas of opportunities
• Review Intake Packets and Support Client/BCBA Pairings
• Attend Weekly Caseload Planning Meetings
• Participate in 1:1 Supervision Meetings with BCBA’s and Clinic Directors
• Lead RBT Performance Conversations
• Develop Skills to move to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2)
