Anointed Hands Wellness in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Clinic Coordinator / Front Desk Lead to manage the front desk, optimize patient experience, and support daily clinic operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone with healthcare front-office experience who wants greater ownership and independence.

You will streamline scheduling, insurance checks, patient communications, and billing support while upholding a warm, organized, and professional clinic environment that empowers clinicians

Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare, medical, rehabilitation, dental, chiropractic, or similar patient-facing office experience.
• Previous experience managing a busy appointment schedule.
• Experience communicating directly with patients by phone and in person.
• Experience collecting payments and discussing patient financial responsibilities.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting and checking patients in and out.
• Answering incoming calls professionally.
• Scheduling new patients and follow-up appointments.
• Maintaining an organized, welcoming front-office environment.
• Monitor schedule and fill open appointments.
• Coordinate billing support and insurance verifications.
• Support physician communication and referrals.
• Explain wellness services and assist with promotions.
• Open/close the clinic and manage supplies.
