Job summary

Associated Orthodontists in New Lenox, IL is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and drive patient satisfaction. You will partner with the Doctor to foster a positive clinical culture and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

The role includes cost control, marketing involvement, and ensuring smooth scheduling and operations. The position requires supervisory experience, orthodontic or dental background preferred, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2 years of clinic experience within Smile Doctors or affiliated practice
• 2 years of supervisory experience required
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations with support from the Doctor, including people management, driving growth, profitability and patient experience.
• Understand and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to achieve monthly goals.
• Build relationships within the local dental community and participate in local marketing efforts.
• Manage controllable costs including labor hours and supplies.
• Serve as a liaison between the Doctor and the team regarding assignments, priorities and performance.
• Cover roles in the clinic when business demands and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and State Dental Board regulations.
