Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and ability to interact with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software; strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling per established protocols and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Assist HR on BI-related needs and participate in interviewing BI candidates.
• Coordinate BI onboarding, tech setup, and early issue resolution with onboarding team.
• Monitor BI performance and conduct, report concerns to Clinical Director as needed.
• Oversee front desk duties and maintain a compliant, organized clinic environment.
