Responsibilities

• Schedule management following established protocols and software to handle session changes for in-center clients.
• Coordinate assessment scheduling between assessors and new clients.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on BI staffing and onboarding.
• Oversee BI onboarding activities: tech setup, welcome programs, and first-contact support.
• Monitor BI performance, address issues, and escalate retention risks to Clinical Director.
• Oversee the BI annual review process and data reporting for scorecards.
• Manage RBT credentialing steps and BCBA supervision requirements.
• Serve as a front-desk contact for clients and caregivers.
• Promote center events and manage communications to increase attendance.
• Maintain clinic environment, coordinate supplies, and handle facility requests.
