Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Clinic Manager Float to lead operations across multiple clinics in the Mesquite area. You will oversee patient flow, staffing, budgeting and provider support, acting as the daily operational partner to medical teams. This exempt role requires on-site leadership and frequent travel between sites.

The position emphasizes maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance, optimizing workflows, and delivering excellent patient experiences while adapting quickly to changing clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3–5+ years in healthcare management or supervision, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Specialty or surgical practice experience preferred; urology a plus.
• Experience managing or supporting multiple clinic locations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to clinics in need, providing management coverage during vacancies, leaves, staffing shortages or openings.
• Assess operations, staffing, and priorities; provide stable leadership during assignments.
• Maintain consistent policies, workflows and service standards across clinics.
• Communicate status and handoff notes to the Practice Administrator at shift start and end.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow and facility needs.
• Manage budgets, supplies, equipment and safe environments.
• Serve as HIPAA and OSHA coordinator or designate trained personnel.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate clinic staff; approve timekeeping and records.
