Job summary

Paycom - ATS at La Paz Medical Center in Quartzsite, AZ is seeking a Rural Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily clinic operations and manage staff and providers. You will create schedules, optimize workflow, and coordinate clinical and administrative tasks to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role includes participating in policy development in line with regulatory requirements and hospital standards, and preparing reports for Finance, QAPI and HR, while acting as a liaison to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School education/GED with at least 3 years of management/supervisor experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA and ACHC standards and regulations.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and manage staff and providers.
• Create staff and provider schedules and optimize workflow.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative activities; prepare reports for Finance, QAPI and HR.
• Serve as liaison between staff, providers and hospital leadership.
