Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee appointment scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Ensure payer verification, coding, and payments are accurate.
• Supervise PSRs, Technicians, and Opticians.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA compliance and state licensing requirements.
• Recruit and interview candidates; coordinate with HR and Regional Manager.
• Manage office supplies, budget, and vendor relationships.
