Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Float to clinics in need, providing management coverage during vacancies or staffing shortages.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and facility needs.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff, and coordinate with HR.
• Manage clinic budgets, purchasing, and staffing; monitor front-end collections.
