Job summary

Health Care for the Homeless in Baltimore is seeking a Lead Client Service Specialist to supervise client services across community clinics. You will model exceptional customer service and oversee registration, scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, medical records, and enrollment ensuring consistent workflows.

You will collaborate with the Director of Community Operations to improve processes, monitor performance, and ensure HIPAA/ADA compliance while maintaining accurate health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• CPR/BLS required.
• Certified Application Counselor status through Maryland Health Connection required.
• Experience in health care or community clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSS duties including registration, scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, medical records, and enrollment.
• Provide coaching, training, and supervision to Client Service Specialists.
• Ensure efficient clinic operations across community sites and maintain data integrity.
