Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in a fast-paced clinic.
• Proven ability to supervise staff and coordinate training.
• Experience in front desk, technicians, scribes, and optical roles a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to maintain an orderly and efficient clinic routine.
• Ensure patient care and customer service standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager and Directors on staff performance and training.
• Assist in implementing employee initiatives and monitoring work quality.
• Oversee onboarding, terminations, and quarterly asset audits as needed.
• Drive clinic goals and uphold core values in daily operations.
