Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance guidelines.
• Experience in healthcare supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approve final schedule and PTO up to one month in advance for Optometry technicians.
• Manage daily staffing needs and PTO approvals.
• Lead clinical team huddles daily or as directed by practice manager.
• Oversee clinical equipment maintenance and inventory.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and communicate with leadership.
