Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a clinical technician in an Ophthalmology setting.
• Previous supervisory experience within a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of business practices and personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Approve final schedules and staff PTO for Optometry technicians.
• Manage daily staffing needs and coordinate coverage for callouts.
• Ensure consistent, open communication with staff and leadership.
