Job summary

Panorama Eye Care LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Operations to direct and coordinate daily clinical functions at our Lakewood site. You will lead the ophthalmic technician team, manage schedules, and ensure smooth patient flow and adherence to policies.

You will also oversee inventory, billing standards, and staff training, while leading daily team huddles and collaborating with leadership to resolve issues and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of clinical ophthalmology technician experience.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and patient/staff mediation skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and manage day-to-day clinical operations at the site.
• Schedule ophthalmic technician teams and coordinate coverage for callouts.
• Maintain a positive, team-focused environment and mentor staff.
• Oversee inventory, billing standards, and clinical system usage.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate with leadership and staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies, billing, and regulatory updates.
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating clinical staff.
