Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare administration experience, including supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare administration, clinic philosophy and policies and operating procedures.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement standards.
• Proficient with computer programs and applications; strong problem solving and reporting skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and monitor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, coordinates clinic functions, policies and staff.
• Assists Medical Director in developing and marketing services and referrals.
• Promotes cost-effective, high-quality healthcare delivery to patients.
• Ensures compliance with standards and regulations in collaboration with staff.
• Budget preparation, implementation and funding recommendations with Medical Director.
• Represents clinic at public/professional meetings and in PR programs.
