Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic, financial and operations management across multiple health centers (Pods).
• Strategic growth, patient retention, and patient care coordination within the Pod.
• Budgeting, risk management, audit and compliance for accountable departments and sites.
• Lead and mentor non-clinician teammates; hire, develop and evaluate performance; oversee operations.
