Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network in Fuquay-Varina, NC is looking for an Operations Director to lead the clinic's day-to-day operations, scheduling, facilities, intake, hiring, and performance management. You will collaborate with the Treatment Director and clinical staff to maintain high quality care and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Office manager experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clinic scheduling to maximize utilization and continuity of care.
• Oversee facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships; monitor inventory and maintenance.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management with HR collaboration.
• Drive marketing/outreach to grow clinic presence and community ties.
• Serve as primary contact for patients and families for scheduling and non-clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance, training, and documentation standards across the clinic.
