Qualifications

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years of experience supervising BCBAs.
• Ability to coach clinicians and lead clinic operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BCBAs and RBTs and provide clinical direction.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and onboarding.
• Coordinate with intake and scheduling for broad access to services.
• Oversee hiring, staff development and performance.
