Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinic Director to lead our Triangle team in North Carolina. You will coach clinicians, manage daily clinic operations, and drive high-quality ABA services for children and families.

The role emphasizes clinical supervision of BCBAs and RBTs, development of new programming, and strong collaboration with senior leadership to expand services and ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience supervising other BCBAs strongly preferred.
• Clinician with diverse skillset and ability to handle challenging cases.
• Inspiring team leader with coaching and development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations and own caseload to ensure high-quality care.
• Provide clinical supervision and direction to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Develop and improve clinical programming with senior leaders.
• Lead parent training and family support initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding and staff development; ensure supervision and program quality.
