Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health in McAdenville, NC, is seeking a Clinic Director to coach clinicians and oversee daily clinic operations. You’ll drive high-quality care for children with Autism and families, champion the gold standard of ABA, and foster a culture of teamwork and kindness.

As part of the role you’ll supervise BCBAs and RBTs, help develop new clinical programming, support parent training, partner with intake and scheduling, and lead hiring and onboarding of clinicians while ensuring

Qualifications

• BCBA credential with at least 3 years of BCBA experience and supervision
• Demonstrated ability to lead a clinical team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards
• Experience developing and improving clinical programs

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and drive high-quality care and outcomes
• Conduct behavior assessments and implement ABA-based programs
• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to BCBAs and RBTs
• Partner with senior leaders to develop new clinical programming
• Facilitate parent training and family support
• Collaborate with Intake & Scheduling to ensure access and onboarding
• Lead hiring and onboarding of clinicians
• Ensure ongoing supervision and professional development
• Provide education to employees, families, and communities
• Uphold KBH values and ethical standards
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and facilities
• Grow clinic and home/school/community services
• Act as liaison with staff, families, providers and community
