Job summary

Highbar is seeking a Site Coordinator to join our growing outpatient physical therapy practice. You will train and onboard administrative staff, oversee day-to-day clinic activities and authorizations, and work closely with the Clinic Director to maintain service excellence.

This full-time role requires coordinating PCCs and Therapists, handling patient accounts, collecting co-pays, and contributing to clinic efficiency through daily operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related administrative experience required.
• GED or high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and schedule staff and handle patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard administrative staff.
• Coordinate scheduling for PCCs and Exercise Specialists.
• Promote clinic efficiency and daily service quality.
• Oversee authorizations and insurance interactions.
• Manage patient appointments and co-payments.
• Document patient visits and medical records communications.
• Prepare weekly reports and dashboards.
