Job summary

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy, affiliated with Highbar, is hiring a Site Coordinator to oversee administrative functions and support clinic operations across locations in New England. The role involves training staff, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring top-tier patient service.

This full-time position emphasizes daily operational excellence, accurate authorization handling, and collaborative work with the Clinic Director. Immediate need with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and onboards administrative staff (PCCs) and Exercise Specialists in administrative components.
• Assists in coordinating and scheduling PCCs and Exercise Specialists to ensure adequate administrative support.
• Promotes clinic efficiency and effectiveness through implemented recommendations.
• Oversees the clinic's daily service excellence including facility maintenance, IT issues, and patient experience.
• Monitors key performance metrics such as cancellations, no-shows, visits, and authorization metrics.
• Manages insurance authorizations within the clinic or region.
• Handles patient interactions and collects co-pays with proper documentation.
• Manages patient appointments, cancellations and therapist schedules to fill openings via the medical records system.
• Documents patient visits and shares necessary information with physicians.
• Interfaces with insurance companies to obtain authorizations and track approvals.
• Monitors patient accounts and runs day sheets and balance reports.
• Produces weekly reports and dashboards (Affidavit reporting, eligibility dashboard, active cases).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
