Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and register them accurately in the department system.
• Verify demographic and insurance information; collect consents as required.
• Communicate with parents, patients and staff in a courteous manner.
• Work with billing, pre-authorization and referrals to ensure timely appointments.
• Support other clinics as needed and maintain clean, organized reception areas.
• Respond to portal work lists and maintain documentation across systems.
