Qualifications

• Five (5) years of medical office/clinic experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Ensures compliance with Code of Conduct and policies and reports suspected violations.
• Manages daily clinic operations and staffing, ensuring patient visits are properly authorized.
• Hires, trains, and coaches staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Maintains high levels of patient and provider satisfaction.
• Oversees scheduling, coverage, and cross-training for staff.
• Manages registration, billing, coding/documentation, and timekeeping as appropriate.
