Eisenhower Health seeks an experienced administrative leader to oversee clinic operations, office services, registration, billing, and patient flow across multiple sites in the Coachella Valley.

You will ensure compliance, staff development, performance reviews, and high satisfaction for employees, patients, and providers, while optimizing processes and reporting to leadership. Strong communication and EPIC/EHR proficiency are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees office services and daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency.
• Manages registration, billing/coding, and timekeeping within department.
• Maintains staff schedules and coverage; ensures patient visits are authorized as needed.
• Prepares performance reports and audits to improve service quality.
• Coordinates communication with physicians and clinic staff to maintain satisfaction.
