Job summary

Eisenhower Health seeks an experienced clinic administrator to oversee office operations across the clinic(s) in California. You will manage registrations, billing, coding/documentation and revenue capture while ensuring patient and provider satisfaction. Strong communication, initiative, and adaptability are essential.

Experience as an EPIC super user is a plus. You will collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and maintain regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling, and vendor

Responsibilities

• Manages office services and daily operations within the clinic(s).
• Hires, trains, counsels, coaches staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures high levels of employee, patient and provider satisfaction.
• Resolves escalated patient/customer concerns and escalates as appropriate.
• Maintains schedules and ensures appropriate clinic coverage.
• Oversees registration, billing, coding/documentation and revenue capture.
• Acts as EPIC super user as appropriate.
• Plans and implements office objectives and process improvements.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
