Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Previous scheduling and/or registration experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Previous computer experience preferred.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology

Responsabilités

• Facilitate clear communication between customers and staff to set the stage for the best patient experience.
• Accurately register and schedule office and procedural appointments.
• Coordinate all clerical aspects of the patient’s medical care, including required patient identification.
